Since 2006, we are a Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant Group, which specializes in Cantonese cuisine.  We are committed to providing quality food and comfortable dining environment at an affordable and reasonable price. Our brands include: "Yat Hin Restaurant", "Yat Seafood Restaurant" and "Yat Palace Dining".  They are located in Tuen Mun, Chai Wan and Tin Shui Wai, a densely populated residential area and adjacent to the developed transport network.

We place great emphasis on quality control in the food preparation process, setting up a kitchen rather than a single food processing center to ensure the freshness and reduce the gap between food preparation and serving time.  The menu will be updated regularly to cope with different festive days and customer preference.

Our management team consists of people with extensive experience in Chinese restaurant operations and management.  We have over 30 years of experience in food industry plus a large number of trained employees have important advantages for our sustainability and future expansion.
